Tribal Child Care and Facilities Management A-Z

Tribal facilities management takes a lot of planning; in this professional development session, each cohort member will focus on their Child Care Infrastructure Project. Cohort members will walk through a number of exercises to consider in their identified facilities management, challenges and maintenance strategies. We will also discuss phased development approaches, and facility readiness considerations so programs can grow with their community.
