Tribal ECE Workforce and Development

In Tribal child care, we grow our own; in this professional development session, cohort members will discuss Tribal ECE workforce development, how Tribes are professionalizing ECE through Tribal early learning pathways and Indigenous pedagogy and the Oregon Registry Online as a professional learning system. Cohort members will learn about ORO-certified training opportunities, including understanding Oregon Registry Online pathways and Tribal-led culturally responsive workforce strategies.
