By the end of our session, you should understand practical ways to integrate sustainable procurement into your business while aligning with your specific needs and goals. I introduced the Signal Prefer Require approach for implementing your Supplier Sustainability Code of Conduct, emphasizing the need for gradual engagement with suppliers. I also shared insights from our guest speakers about the challenges and opportunities in sustainable procurement.
