Staying Compliant

Currently the OLCC governs marijuana licensure compliance, and the Oregon Department of Agriculture governs Hemp compliance.  Staying compliant allows cannabis entrepreneurs to keep their license, and continue to do business in the state of Oregon.  In both cases there are very strict tax structures, payment expectations, and reporting requirements for all plant touching businesses.  Let’s review some of the most important requirements, and then we can take a look at how to stay informed about new rule changes that will affect how you do business.
