The world is very worried about coronavirus variants. As the virus mutates — which all viruses do — variant strains emerge. Some of these variants are more effective at infecting humans and may even cause more severe disease.
Stopping the spread of #COVID19 requires all available tools, including vaccination. Vaccines work with your immune system so your body will be ready to recognize the virus if exposed to it. Vaccines have been shown to be safe and effective in large trials, including Native American participants. Each of us can help do our part by getting vaccinated.
