In this introductory session, participants will get to know one another and learn about the background and purpose of the grant program. They’ll gain a clear overview of the program’s structure and goals, including how the different components (self-paced modules, pre-recorded modules and office hours) work together to support the development of a sustainability program for their business. Participants will also be introduced to the NWNC website and guided through how to access and navigate the self-paced modules.
