Cannabis Product Categorization

The categorization of products containing cannabinoids and Hemp derivatives is an important consideration for entrepreneurs.  The state of Oregon has a detailed breakdown on proper procedures for all cannabis organizations, including a breakdown of data entry for METRC, but one important thing to note is any hemp product mixed with any marijuana product, is then governed by OLCC Rules and regulations as well as licensure.  This is why you see the designation of Delta-9, Delta-8, and Delta-10.  As hemp derived cannabinoids they are not governed by the same rules and regulations as marijuana, and thus can be sold across state lines, and legally all across the US and abroad.
