Activity 6: Put Them on the Wall

Using your personas and thinking of scenarios for them will be an ongoing activity, and you can update their information as you gain experience and insights in your business.  Put them on a wall in your workspace, and look to them when you are thinking about:

  • Marketing and Messaging: Tailor campaigns to address specific motivations and concerns of each persona.
  • Product Development: Use personas to guide decisions on product features, packaging, and quality.
  • Customer Experience: Adjust customer service approaches to cater to the needs of each persona group.

By the end of this exercise, you should have a clear set of customer profiles that can guide your business strategies, from marketing and branding to product development and customer experience. This persona work can be revisited and refined as your business grows and the cannabis market evolves.
