Introducing: Jackson McCormack

“I’m Jackson McCormack from Natural Wonders cannabis dispensary in Portland, Oregon. I’m descended from Nez Perce and Macaw and I’m enrolled Nimiipuu.

Learning kind of from the ground up on what it takes to like, provide for patients, what sort of patients are in the market. really kind of rounded out how I approach and looked at cannabis, which I think, you know, has a large medicinal value. And even in today’s market, we see not as many people are going the medical route as far as registration, but the consumers that we see are still using cannabis to self-medicate or using it in a medicinal way very often.

So from being a caregiver and a grower, I kind of started to network with farms, help patients get connected to medicine and get involved in the patient to patient network up here in Portland, when I moved back. And there’s a pretty robust medical community in Oregon, particularly in Portland, and there was a pretty big program up in Seattle as well.”
